I’ve registered on the portal but was not asked for payment. What happens now?
You will receive a call within 48 hours from our customer services team and they will take
payment from you.

I’ve forgotten my username. How do I get a new one or a reminder of what it would be?
This will be your chosen email address you gave to the appointments team when you made
your booking.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I get a new one or a reminder of what it would be?
On the portal login page there is a ‘Reset Password’ link under the password field. If you click on the tab, you will be asked to enter your user name (chosen email address; as above) and send. A validation email is sent to you that allows you to reset your password.

I’m receiving the message: ‘Some of the personal information does not match our records. Please check and try again.’
What do I do to be able to log in?

All information is case sensitive and must not include any extra unnecessary spaces; please take care to make sure it is typed in correctly. If you still experience problems please make contact with us (0845 437 0691) and we can check your registration carefully to ensure it matches what you expect.

I have recently changed some of my
personal details.

You can change them using ‘Edit Personal Details’ when you are logged in. Some changes such as having a new employer can prevent you from logging in. Please contact the RLM appointments team (0845 437 0691) to make those changes.

When I try to make a booking it says 'There was an error.'
This is usually because somebody else booked the slot before you. Please try again and if you get this problem persistently please contact the the RLM appointments team.

How much does MyGPiTrust ® cost?
All family members over 18 years old can take advantage of our exclusive service for a simple monthly payment of £29.99 per person. If you are under 18, the monthly cost is £19.99 per person with no health screen included. Please note that these prices do not include the cost of medicines
or investigations.

Will I always see the same GP?
Where possible we will always try to accommodate your request. If we are unable to do this, you will still see one of our many highly experienced
private GPs.

What does the health assessment include?
It includes a full medical examination with the doctor which will be repeated annually. The screening will last between 30 to 45 minutes and, along with a detailed questionnaire, takes a comprehensive look at all areas of your health including diet, sleep patterns and lifestyle. Can a GP come to see me at my office?
Our GPs are situated in one of our seven clinics where you are able to book an appointment at a time to suit you. We also offer consultations by phone or telemedicine.

Can I cover my family too?
Yes, the service is available to individuals and families on a subscription basis.

Will MyGPiTrust have access to all my other medical records?
Our GPs will take a full history of your health at your first screen so that we know as much about you as possible. We can also get copies of any of your previous health records with your permission.

Where do I go to have my flu vaccination?
Your flu vaccination will be administered at a Roodlane clinic of your choice.
